Quorum RotaQ Sputterointi-/pinnoituslaite

Quorum RotaQ sputterointi-/hiilestyslaite on automaattinen, rotary pumpulla varustettu pinnoituslaite, joka on suunniteltu monipuoliseen käyttöön elektronimikroskooppinäytteiden näytteenvalmistuksessa. Laitteistosta löytyy kolme erilaista konfiguraatiota riippuen käyttäjän tarpeesta.

RotaQ E – Hiilestyslaitteisto hiilipinnoitukseen joko hiililangalla tai hiilitangolla.

RotaQ S – Sputterointilaitteisto metallipinnoitukseen erityisesti ei-oksidoituvien metallien kanssa, kuten kulta (Au), kulta-palladium (Au-Pd), platina (Pt), platina-palladium (Pt-Pd), palladium (Pd) ja hopea (Ag)

RotaQ ES – yhdistelmälaitteisto sputterointiin ja hiilipinnoitukseen. Hiilipinnoitus tehdään joko hiililangalla tai hiilitangolla ja sputteroinnissa hyödynnetään erityisesti ei-oksidoituvia metalleja kuten kulta (Au), kulta-palladium (Au-Pd), platina (Pt), platina-palladium (Pt-Pd), palladium (Pd) ja hopea (Ag).

RotaQ E

The RotaQ E is an automated and versatile rotary pumped coater offering unparalleled ease of use. Recommended for sample preparation for the examination of specimens using Electron Microscopy (EM). The rotary pumped carbon coater is suitable for use with Tungsten/LaB₆ SEM and Benchtop SEM.
